We realise that ordering your wedding dress sight unseen over the internet requires trust. If you make a retail purchase from this web site The Wedding Dress Collection Ltd undertakes to do the following:"

• To convey your order to the manufacturers as rapidly and as accuratly as possible.
• To quality check the dress on despatch from the manufacturer and carry out any necessary adjustments or send the dress ack to the manufacturer if necessary.
• To organise delivery to your door within six weeks of receiving your order.

All dresses supplied by The Wedding Dress Collection are made accurately to the dimensions that you give and will arrive in perfect unworn condition - guarunteed.

If you are not satisfied with the dress you recieve from us you may return it for a full refund of the cost of the dress you bought. Returned dresses must be returned to our office within 14 days following the despatch of the dress to you. Upon confirmation that the dress qualifies for refund we will immediately send a check for the appropriate amount to you.

In order to qualify for a refund the dress must not have been subject to any alteration including but not limited to repair and washing and must not show any evidence of damage sustained since dispatch from our offices to you.

At our sole discretion even if a dress does not qualify for a refund for any reason we may make a reduced refund based upon the cost of the dress minus the cost of bringing the dress back up to saleable condition.
